Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 17, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Skicue (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account data — such as name, email address, and role (for example coach or athlete) when you register or sign in.
- Content you upload — such as training video, audio, and text you choose to store or share through the Services.
- Technical data — such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, and logs used to operate and secure the Services.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the Services, authenticate users, communicate with you, enforce our Terms of Service, comply with law, and protect the security and integrity of the platform.
Processors and third parties
We rely on service providers to host and operate the Services. These may include infrastructure and authentication providers (for example Supabase) and media delivery and storage (for example Mux). Each provider processes data according to their own policies and our agreements with them.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, session management, and security. Additional analytics or marketing cookies may be introduced with notice where required.
Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention of uploaded media may depend on your organization’s settings and product features.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential communications.
Delete your account — signed-in users can permanently delete their account in Account settings. This removes your profile and sign-in access.
To exercise other privacy rights, contact us at support@skicue.com.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your region. If you believe we have collected data from a child inappropriately, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
