Terms of Service

Last updated: April 17, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Skicue and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Coaches and athletes may have different capabilities within the Services based on role and team membership.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you must not:

  • Violate applicable law or infringe others’ rights.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Services.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the licenses needed for us to host, process, and display that content to provide the Services (for example to your team and coaches). Skicue and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and documentation, except as expressly stated.

Subscriptions and billing

Coach accounts may use free or paid subscription plans offered in the coach dashboard. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe when you choose a plan; fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the terms shown at checkout and in your Stripe receipt. Athletes invited to a coach's team are not charged platform fees through Skicue unless we state otherwise in writing.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skicue and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars (USD $50), unless a different mandatory minimum applies in your jurisdiction.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we must comply with law, or if we discontinue the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Skicue, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
